EMOTION CODE
The Emotion Code is a specific approach to dislodging and removing trapped emotional energy in the body. As a frequency, every emotion we experience is registered within our subconscious. Sometimes, these frequencies will become trapped in certain areas of the body and create stress. By utilizing muscle testing, we find and release the trapped emotions that are causing disharmony within the body. I choose to practice The Emotion Code because of my own personal experience with it having helped me and my son.
Emotion Code will be offered both in-person and remotely (via Zoom) beginning September 2025.

The Emotion Code uses muscle testing, which is a method of using the electricity of the body to communicate about specific issues. By addressing the frequency in one’s body directly through muscle testing, the practitioner can obtain very specific and accurate information about that individual.

It works for those who are open to the practice. As with many energy healing modalities, it requires participation and facilitation from both parties. It is an amazing tool and works very effectively through acknowledgment of emotional trauma. Oftentimes, acknowledgment is enough for our bodies to release the stored emotion, which just means that the frequency of that emotional experience dissolves and is no longer contributing to physical imbalance.

There can be! Not always, but sometimes, one might feel differently in the hours or few days that follow. If the emotion was a big part of how your subconscious operates, it will induce an adjustment period - you may feel the remnants of that trapped emotion, you may feel out of balance, and you may notice you feel tired, or even energized. However, there are no detrimental side effects and any of these temporary mood changes are mild. Most of the time, people say they feel lighter and happier. So usually, there are wonderful side effects. :)

You may undertake Emotion Code as often as you would like, but I like to release 5-10 emotions at a time. Weekly or monthly sessions would be very effective, especially if you would like to work on a specific issue or ailment, such as physical pain or recovery.

I am not currently offering virtual Emotion Code sessions, but plan to in the future. For now, all of my practice is in-person only.

In fact, yes - the Emotion Code does not require you to divulge any details about past trauma or any events in your life. The practitioner simply identifies an emotion and releases it, and if you can connect the emotion to a specific event, that is for your own private information. It is a wonderful way to release emotional baggage without having to relive or rehash any painful or traumatic experiences. No one but you will know any of the details.
